Join us for our Ordinary Residence training where we use helpful case study scenarios to assist in applying the deeming provisions.

We set out the process for referring to the Secterary of State for a determination.

An update on how to consider where a person is ordinarily resident if the person is eligible for 117 after-care services following a period of detention in hospital for treatment following the Supreme Court's decision in R (on the application of Worcestershire County Council) (Appellant) v Secretary of State for Health and Social Care (Respondent).
